Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we utilize 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is crafted professionally, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass layers.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is completely fine.
Q3: If the glass breaks without any reason, should I be concerned about the rest?'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would only break due to an impact force. It won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is preferable to use 5mm double glass because
Sliding doors look less appealing with single glass. There is a larger space for glass with single glass, requiring excessive silicon for filling.
5mm double glass is safer and more soundproof than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass also provides superior sound insulation compared to single glass.
Q5: Can rubber be used instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but it can only be applied on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber is not strong enough and is prone to falling off compared to glass silicon.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: The 90-degree window is connected with screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connecting window is a new style, making it easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what the U-Value is?
Yes, it represents the rate of heat transfer per square meter per degree of temperature difference between a hotter and colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temp difference of 30 degrees, and the wattage consumed is 6000W, then the U-value is calculated as 6000W/100M*30K = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. The fly screens are crafted from 304# stainless steel mosquito net material.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's difficult to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is more economical and versatile, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing options do you offer?
A: Our packaging options are designed to suit various needs and destinations. We offer three types of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Typically, the standard packing is a bubble bag paired with a wooden frame. For delicate or bulk cargo, especially when shipping to developed countries like the USA, Australia, and parts of Europe, we suggest using a bubble bag with a wooden case. This method meets special requirements and ensures optimal protection for the goods.
