Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is crafted professionally, no steam or fogging occurs between the double glass
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A:Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on the wall is perfectly fine.
Q3: The glass is broken for no reason. I'm afraid the rest will break too.'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would break only due to an impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. There's a wide space for glass; if you use single glass, we'll need to fill it with a lot of silicone.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass is more soundproof than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but it can only be used on one side. The other side must use glass silicone because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more likely to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: We offer 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled using a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a new style, making it easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what a U-Value is?
A: Yes, it means that for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and a colder air space, the heat energy transferred per sq.m to the colder space is calculated. For instance, if your ceiling area is 100 sq.m, the temp difference is 30 degrees, and the energy consumed is 6000W, then the U-value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. Our fly screens are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net material.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is cost-effective, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: We offer three distinct packing options to suit various needs: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags alone to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Our standard packing is bubble bag with wooden frame. For optimal protection, especially for bulk cargo and shipments to countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations with specific requirements, we use bubble bag with wooden case. This ensures your goods are exceptionally protected during transit.
