Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? For instance, does it have steam or go foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. You can rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogginess between the double glass
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A:Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What if the glass breaks for no reason? I'm afraid the rest will also break.'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would only break if it suffers from an impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door looks unattractive with single glass. There is a wide space for glass, and using single glass would require filling it with so much silicon.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass is also more soundproof than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and can fall off easier.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: There are two types of corner connections: 90 degrees and 45 degrees. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connecting window is a new style that is easy to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what the U-Value is?
A: Yes, it simply means that for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and a colder air space, the heat energy transferred per sq.m to the colder air space is measured. For instance, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m and the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and you consume 6000W, then the U-Value is calculated as 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What type of fly screens can you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up and down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. All our fly screens are made of steel material, specifically 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say definitively which is better. Each has its advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: We offer three types of packaging to ensure the utmost protection and efficiency for your goods. These include: 1) Bubble bag, 2) Bubble bag + wooden frame, and 3) Bubble bag + wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend the bubble bag option as it maximizes space and allows for more goods in the same container. Typically, our standard packing is bubble bag + wooden frame. The most secure packaging is bubble bag + wooden case, ideal for bulk cargo and shipments to developed countries such as the USA, Australia, and various European nations that have special requirements.
