Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. There is a wide space for glass, and if you use single glass, we'll need to fill it with excessive silicon.

A: Yes, but it can only be on one side. The other side must be glass silicon, as double rubber isn't strong enough and is more prone to falling off.

A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with corner braces. The 45-degree connection is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what the U-Value is?
Yes, it means that every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and colder air space, the heat energy transferred per sq.m to the colder space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and the energy consumed is 6000W, then the U-value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).

We offer three styles of fly screens: up and down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. The fly screen is made of 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to simply say one is better. Each has its advantages. PVC is economic, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags as they save more space and allow for more goods in the same container. Typically, we use bubble bag + wooden frame. The optimal packing, bubble bag + wooden case, is used for bulk cargo and certain developed countries like the USA, Australia, and some European nations due to their special requirements. This method offers superior protection.

A: Pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us give you an accurate quote:
1) CAD drawing / window & door schedule to show the window & door dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Type of glass and thickness (single, double, laminated, or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, or others, with or without Argon).
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We offer engineering services and supervising services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certified?
A: Yes! Our products meet construction standards. We can also test and certify our products upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we require 50% of the total amount by T/T as a deposit, with the balance paid before delivery. Cash is also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: We install glass at the factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation. On-site glazing is recommended for larger sized products.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and peel-off, and proper functioning of hardware and accessories. German hardware has a 10-year warranty. For quality issues, we provide replacements via international courier. Immediate delivery of in-stock replacement parts; non-stock items depend on material order time, typically 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
