Q1: Are there any common issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogging between the doubleble glasspanes.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What if the glass breaks without any apparent reason? I'm worried the rest will break too.'m afraid the rest will be broken.
Glass typically breaks due to an impact force. It won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. There is a wide space for glass, and if you use single glass, we will need to fill it with a lot of silicon.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass provides better soundproofing than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but it can only be used on one side. The other side must be glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more prone to falling off compared to glass silicon.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, whereas the 45-degree window is assembled using a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connection is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
Yes, it indicates the amount of heat energy transferred per square meter for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter air space and a colder one. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and the energy consumed is 6000W, then the U-value is calculated as 6000W/100M*30K = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. These screens are made of steel material, specifically 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's's hard to say one is simply better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using the bubble bag option, which maximizes space and allows more goods to fit. Typically, we use bubble bag with a wooden frame for packing. The most secure option is bubble bag with a wooden case, often required for bulk cargo and shipments to specific countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations, due to their stringent requirements. The wooden case offers superior protection for the goods.
