Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally crafted to prevent steam or fogging between the double glass layers.ble glass

A: Yes, all doors and windows include frames, making wall installation straightforward.

Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unsightly with single glass. The wide space for glass would require a lot of silicone to fill in. 5mm double glass is safer and provides better sound insulation than 6mm single glass.

Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicone because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more likely to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections?
A: We offer both 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. The 90-degree windows are connected by screws, while the 45-degree windows are assembled using a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a newer style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, it measures the heat transfer between hotter and colder air spaces. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m with a temperature difference of 30 degrees and consumes 6000W, the U-Value is calculated as 6000W/100m²*30K = 2W/(m²*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. All are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito netting.
Q9: Which is better: PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages: PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers superior hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: There are three types of packing available: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Generally, our packing consists of bubble bags with wooden frames. The most secure option is bubble bags with wooden cases, ideal for bulk cargo and clients in the USA, Australia, and certain European countries due to specific requirements. Wooden cases provide excellent protection for the goods.

Q: How can I get my price from you?
A: Pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us quote an exact price for you:
1) CAD drawings or window & door schedules that show the dimensions, quantity, and type of windows & doors.
2) Frame color.
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, etc.) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.), with or without Argon.
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We offer engineering and supervision services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Yes! Our products meet construction standards and can be tested and certified upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit by T/T and the remaining balance before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: We install glass at the factory based on the window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. On-site glazing is recommended for large-sized products.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and hardware function, with a 10-year warranty for German hardware. If there is a quality issue, we offer replacement parts via international courier. Immediate delivery is available for in-stock parts; otherwise, replacements depend on material ordering time, typically 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery time is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
