The most secure option is bubble bags with wooden cases, ideal for bulk cargo and clients in the USA, Australia, and certain European countries due to specific requirements. Wooden cases provide excellent protection for the goods.

A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit by T/T and the remaining balance before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.

A: We install glass at the factory based on the window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. On-site glazing is recommended for large-sized products.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering frame unfading and hardware function, with a 10-year warranty for German hardware. If there is a quality issue, we offer replacement parts via international courier. Immediate delivery is available for in-stock parts; otherwise, replacements depend on material ordering time, typically 15-20 days.
