Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. You can rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogging between theglasslayers.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A:Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on the wall is perfectly fine.
Q3: The glass is broken for no reason. I'm afraid the rest will break as well.'m afraid the rest will be broken.
The glass would only break due to impact force; it won't break by itself.'
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. There's a wide space for glass, and if you use single glass, we will need to fill a lot of silicone in it.
5mm double glass is safer and more soundproof than 6mm single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side has to be glass silicone because double rubber is not strong enough and may fall off more easily than glass silicone.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: There are 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connecting window is a new style, which is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what the U-Value is?
A: Yes, it simply means that for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter air space and a colder air space, heat energy will transfer per sq. meter to the colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq. meters, the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and you consume 6000W of energy, then the U-value is 6000W / (100 sq. meters * 30K) = 2W/(m²K).
Q8: What types of fly screens can you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up and down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. Additionally, our fly screens are made of steel material, specifically 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say one is definitively better. Each has its advantages. PVC is economical and good overall, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: We offer three packing options: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags as they save space and allow more goods per container. Typically, our standard packing is bubble bag with wooden frame. The most secure option is bubble bag with wooden case, ideal for bulk cargo and specific requirements from developed countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations, as the wooden case offers superior protection.
