Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside? Is there any steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A + 5mm double glazing. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally manufactured, eliminating any steam or fogging between the panes.ble glass
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What if the glass breaks for no apparent reason? I'm concerned the rest will break too.'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would only break due to an impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It's better to use 5mm double glass because:
– Sliding doors are aesthetically unpleasing with single glass. With single glass, we'd need to fill extra space with silicone, which isn't ideal.
– 5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
– 5mm double glass offers better soundproofing than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicone because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more likely to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connectors?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connecting window is a new style that's easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what a U-Value is?
Yes, it measures the heat transfer per square meter for each degree of temperature difference between a hotter air space and a colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, with a temperature difference of 30 degrees, requiring 6000W of energy, the U-Value would be 6000W / (100M * 30K) = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. Made of 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's difficult to say one is definitively better. Each has its advantages: PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers superior hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: We offer three types of packing to ensure the utmost protection and efficiency: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags as they save space, maximizing the number of goods in a single container. Generally, the standard packing includes a bubble bag with a wooden frame. However, for bulk cargo or shipments to developed countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations, a bubble bag with a wooden case is advised due to their stringent requirements and the superior protection it offers.
