A: Typically, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass.ble glass

A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What should I do if the glass breaks without any apparent reason?'m afraid the rest will break.
The glass will only break if subjected to an impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because:
1. Sliding doors look unattractive with single glass due to the wide space that requires excessive silicon filling.
2. 5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
3. 5mm double glass offers better soundproofing than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more prone to falling off compared to glass silicon.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a new style, making it easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
Yes, U-Value represents the heat energy transfer per square meter for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and colder air space. For instance, if your house has a 100 sq.m ceiling area, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and consumes 6000W, the U-Value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you offer?
We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. These screens are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito netting.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say definitively. Each material has its advantages: PVC is cost-effective, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packaging to suit various requirements: bubble bag only, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using just the bubble bag as it maximizes space and allows more goods to fit into the same container. Typically, the packaging we use is a bubble bag combined with a wooden frame. For bulk cargo or shipments to developed countries like the USA, Australia, and some parts of Europe, a wooden case is preferred due to their stringent requirements and the superior protection it offers.

A: We specialize in supplying complete aluminum window and door systems, which include profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass. We also offer finished products that are ready for immediate installation.

A: Pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. To provide an accurate quote, please share the following information.
1) CAD drawings or a window & door schedule that details dimensions, quantity, and types of windows and doors.
2) Preferred frame color.
3) Type, thickness, and color of glass (single, double, laminated, clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without Argon).

Q: Are your products certified?
A: Yes, our products meet construction standards. Additionally, upon request, we can have our products tested and certified.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard terms are a 50% deposit via T/T with the balance payable before delivery. Cash is also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: Yes, we install the glass in the factory based on the window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability and hardware functionality under proper operation. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. For quality issues, we provide replacements via international courier. Immediate dispatch of replacement parts if in stock; otherwise, it will typically take 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery typically takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
