Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use a 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally crafted, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for mounting on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What if the glass breaks unexpectedly? I'm concerned the rest might also break.
The glass would only break due to impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A; It's better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. There is a wide space for glass, and if you use single glass, we will need to fill it with a lot of silicone.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass also provides better soundproofing.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but it can only be used on one side. The other side must use glass silicone because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more likely to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections?
A: We offer both 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. A 90-degree window is connected by screws, while a 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: What is U-Value?
A: U-Value represents the heat transfer rate per square meter for each degree of temperature difference. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and your energy consumption is 6000W, the U-Value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. The fly screens are made of 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's's challenging to say one is better. Each material has its own advantages. PVC is cost-effective, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing options do you offer?
A: We offer three robust packaging options to ensure the safe delivery of your products: bubble bag, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend the bubble bag option as it maximizes space efficiency, allowing more goods to be shipped in the same container. Typically, our standard packaging is bubble bag with a wooden frame. For bulk cargo and deliveries to certain countries like the USA, Australia, and parts of Europe, we use bubble bags with wooden cases to meet specific requirements and provide superior protection.
