Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside? For example, does it get foggy or have steam?
A: Typically, we utilize 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogging between the doubleble glass.

A: Yes, all our doors and windows come with frames, making wall installation straightforward.

Glass breaks typically due to impact force; it will not break spontaneously.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A; It is recommended to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door looks less appealing with single glass. The wide space left by single glass would require excessive silicon filling.
5mm double glass is also safer and more soundproof compared to 6mm single glass.

Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon, as double rubber lacks strength and is prone to detachment.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: The 90-degree connection uses screws, while the 45-degree connection uses corner braces. The 45-degree style is newer and easier to maintain.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
Yes, it measures the heat transfer rate per square meter per degree of temperature difference between two air spaces. For example, if your ceiling area is 100 sq.m, the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and energy use is 6000W, the U-value is 6000W/100M*30K = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you offer?
We offer three styles: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. All are made with 304# stainless steel mosquito nets.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A:'s hard to say one is better. Each has its own advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What types of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags to save space and maximize the number of goods in the container. Typically, we use bubble bag + wooden frame packaging. The most protective option is bubble bag + wooden case, which is preferable for bulk cargo and certain countries like the USA, Australia, and European nations due to their special requirements. This method ensures optimal protection for the goods.

A: We specialize in aluminum windows and doors systems, including profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass. We also provide finished products ready for installation.
Q: How can I get my price from you?
A: The price is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us quote an exact price for you:
1) CAD drawing or window & door schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type.
2) Frame color.
3) Type of glass and thickness (single, double, laminated, etc.) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc., with or without Argon).
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We offer engineering and supervising services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certified?
A: Yes, our products meet construction standards, and we can have them tested and certified upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit by T/T and the balance before delivery. Cash is also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: We install glass at the factory based on window and door dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. On-site glazing is recommended for larger products.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability and hardware functionality under correct operation. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, we will provide replacements via international courier. Immediate replacement parts are sent if in stock; otherwise, fulfillment depends on material order times, typically 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery time is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
