Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and can fall off more easily.

A: There are 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. A 90-degree window is connected by screws, while a 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a new style that's easier to overhaul.

A: Yes, it measures the heat transfer per square meter between two air spaces with different temperatures. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and energy consumption of 6000W, the U-Value is 2W/(M*K).

A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. They are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.

A: It's hard to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages: PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: We provide three types of packaging: bubble bag; bubble bag + wooden frame; and bubble bag + wooden case. For full container shipments, we recommend using only the bubble bag, as it saves space and accommodates more goods. Typically, our packing is bubble bag + wooden frame. However, the best protection is offered by bubble bag + wooden case, which is required for bulk cargo and certain countries like the USA, Australia, and some in Europe due to special regulations. This method ensures the highest level of protection for your goods.

A: Absolutely! Our products meet construction standards and can be tested and certified upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount via T/T, with the balance paid before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: Yes, we install the glass at the factory based on the dimensions of the windows/doors to ensure safe transportation and easy installation by the buyer. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability, hardware, and accessories under proper usage. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. For any quality issues, we provide replacement parts via international courier. If parts are in stock, they are shipped immediately; otherwise, the typical ordering time is 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
