Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging?
A: Generally, we utilize 5mm+12mm+5mm double glass.Rest assured, our professionally crafted double glass eliminates steam or fogging between the panes.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A:Yes, all our doors and windows include frames. Wall installation is straightforward.
Q3: If one glass pane breaks without apparent reason, will the others break too? I'm afraid the rest will be broken.
Glass usually breaks only due to impact force; it won't shatter on its own.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is advisable to use 5mm double glass.
Sliding doors look unappealing with single glass, requiring excessive silicone to fill gaps. Additionally, 5mm double glass is safer and more soundproof.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicone, as double rubber is not secure and may fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: The 90-degree window is connected with screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace for a stylish, easy-to-overhaul design.
Q7: Do you know what a U-Value is?
A: U-Value measures the heat transfer per square meter per degree of temperature difference between a warmer and colder space. For example, with a 100 sq.m ceiling area and a 30-degree temperature difference, consuming 6000 watts, the U-Value is 6000W/100M*30K = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens can you supply?
We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. Made from 304# stainless steel, our screens ensure durability.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A:Each material has its merits. PVC is cost-effective and efficient, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing options do you offer?
A: We offer three impeccable packing options to ensure the utmost protection of your products: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using just the bubble bag to maximize space efficiency and accommodate more goods. Typically, we package products in bubble bag plus wooden frame. For those requiring the highest level of protection, especially in bulk cargo and destinations like the USA, Australia, and certain European countries, the bubble bag with wooden case is ideal due to their stringent requirements, ensuring unparalleled safety for your valuable items.
