Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside? Does it develop steam or fog up?
A: Typically, we utilize 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: The glass broke for no apparent reason. Will the rest be at risk of breaking?'m concerned the remaining glass might break.
The glass will only break if subjected to impact force. It won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is preferable to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door looks unattractive with single glass. The space for the glass is wide, and using single glass will require a lot of silicon filler.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass also offers better soundproofing than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must be glass silicon because double rubber is not strong enough and is more prone to falling off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree corner is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: What is U-Value?
A: U-Value is a measure of heat transfer. For every degree difference between a hotter and a colder air space, it indicates how much heat energy is transferred per square meter to the colder space. For instance, if your house ceiling area is 100 sq.m with a 30-degree temperature difference and the energy consumed is 6000W, the U-value is 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. All screens are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's difficult to say categorically. Each has its advantages. PVC is cost-effective, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packaging do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Typically, we use bubble bags with wooden frames. The most secure option is bubble bags with wooden cases, especially for bulk cargo and shipments to countries like the USA, Australia, and certain European nations, where special requirements necessitate wooden case packaging to ensure optimal protection.
