Q1: Are there any issues with the glass like steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our professionally made double glass prevents steam and fogging between the layers.ble glass

A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames, making them ready for wall installation.
Q3: What if the glass breaks without any apparent reason? I'm worried the rest might break too.'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass only breaks under significant impact; it won't break on its own.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is advisable to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. The wide space for glass necessitates filling with excessive silicon.
5mm double glass is safer and
more soundproof compared to 6mm single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only one side can be rubber. The other side must be glass silicon for strength and durability, as double rubber is prone to falling off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: A 90-degree window is connected by screws, while a 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree style is a new design that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: What is U-Value?
A: U-Value measures heat transfer through a material. It is the rate of heat transfer per square meter per degree of temperature difference. For example, if your house has a 100 sq.m ceiling area with a 30-degree temperature difference and consumes 6000 watts, the U-Value is 6000W/100m²*30K = 2W/(m²K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
We offer three styles: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. All are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to declare a winner as both have their benefits. PVC is more economical, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What types of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Typically, we use bubble bags with wooden frames. For the best protection, especially for bulk cargo and shipments to developed countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations that have specific requirements, we use bubble bags with wooden cases.

A: Pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to ensure we can give you an accurate quote:
1) CAD drawing/window & door schedule showing dimensions, quantities, and types of windows & doors.
2) Desired frame color.
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, etc.) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.), with or without Argon.
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We offer comprehensive engineering and supervisory services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Yes, our products meet construction standards and can be tested and certified upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit by T/T, with the balance paid before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: We install glass in our factory based on window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. On-site glazing is recommended for larger products.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame color stability and hardware functionality under proper use, and a 10-year warranty on German hardware. For quality issues, we provide replacement parts via international courier. Immediate delivery for in-stock parts; out-of-stock items typically take 15-20 days due to material ordering times.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
