Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm+12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is manufactured professionally, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames, making wall installation straightforward.
Q3: The glass broke for no apparent reason. I'm afraid the rest will break too.'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would only break due to an impact force, but it won't break on its own.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door looks unattractive with single glass. There’s a wide gap for glass and if you use single glass, we’ll have to fill it with too much silicon.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass is more soundproof than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but it can only be on one side; the other side must be glass silicon. Double rubber isn’t strong enough and tends to fall off more easily than glass silicon.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: There are 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connecting window is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, it means that for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and a colder air space, the heat energy will transfer per square meter to the colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, the temperature difference is 30 degrees, and the energy consumption is 6000W, then the U-value is 6000W / (100 sq.m * 30 K) = 2W/(sq.m*K).
Q8: What type of fly screens can you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up and down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. The fly screens are made of steel, specifically 304# stainless steel mosquito netting.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say one is better. Each has its advantages; PVC is more economical and has good insulation, whereas aluminum offers superior hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you have?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags as they save space and allow for more goods to be shipped. Typically, our standard packaging is bubble bag with a wooden frame. However, for some bulk cargo and specific regions like the USA, Australia, and certain European countries with special requirements, we use bubble bags with wooden cases to ensure maximum protection.
