A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability and hardware functionality with proper usage. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. If there are any quality issues, we will send replacements via international courier. If the parts are in stock, they will be shipped immediately; otherwise, delivery will depend on material ordering times, typically 15-20 days.
