A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. The wider space for single glass requires a lot of silicon, making it less appealing.

A: Yes, we pre-install the glass at our factory based on the window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty, and how do you handle problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame color stability and hardware functionality under correct usage. For German hardware, we provide a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, we will ship replacement parts via international courier. Available parts will be delivered immediately; otherwise, the delivery time depends on material ordering, usually taking 15-20 days.
