Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging up?
A: Typically, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally manufactured to prevent steam or fogging between the doubleble glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A:Yes, all our doors and windows include frames, making them ready for wall installation.
Q3: What happens if the glass breaks for no apparent reason? I'm worried the other panes might also break.'m afraid the rest will be broken
Glass will only break due to a significant impact force, but it won't break on its own.'
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It's better to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door with single glass looks unappealing. Using single glass leaves a wide space that requires excessive silicon filling.
5mm double glass is safer and offers better soundproofing compared to 6mm single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must be glass silicon, as double rubber isn't strong enough and is prone to falling off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connectors?
A: We offer both 90-degree and 45-degree corner connectors. The 90-degree window is assembled with screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree connector is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what the U-Value is?
Yes, the U-value measures heat transfer per square meter for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and a colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30°C, and you consume 6000W, the U-value is 6000W / (100m² * 30K) = 2W/(m²*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
We offer three types of fly screens: the up-and-down style for casement windows, the sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and the swing style for casement doors. All screens are made of 304 stainless steel mosquito netting.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say definitively. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing options do you have?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container shipments, we recommend using bubble bags as they save space and accommodate more goods. Typically, we use bubble bags with wooden frames. The most secure option is the bubble bag with wooden case, which is ideal for bulk cargo and for destinations with stringent requirements, like the USA, Australia, and certain European countries. This packaging ensures excellent protection for your goods.
