Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because it looks more aesthetically pleasing. Using single glass requires filling a lot of silicone, which looks unattractive.
Sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. There's a wide space for glass, and using single glass means we will need to fill it with a lot of silicone.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.

Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but rubber can only be used on one side. The other side must be glass silicone because rubber isn't strong enough and is easier to fall off compared to glass silicone.

A: We offer 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. The 90-degree windows are connected by screws, while the 45-degree windows are assembled using corner braces. The 45-degree corner connection is a new style that is easier to overhaul.

A: Yes, it simply indicates the amount of heat energy transferred per square meter for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and a colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and you consume 6000W, then the U-Value is 6000W/(100M*30K)=2W/(M*K).

A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount via T/T, with the balance payable before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.

A: Yes, we install the glass at our factory based on the dimensions of the windows and doors to ensure safe transportation and easy installation for our buyers. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability, hardware, and accessories functionality under proper use. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. If a quality issue arises, we will provide replacements via international courier. Immediate replacements are available from stock; if not in stock, the replacement time depends on material availability, typically 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawings and PI.
