A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability, hardware, and accessories functionality under proper use. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. For quality issues, we offer replacements via international courier. Immediate replacement parts are available if in stock; if not, it depends on material ordering time, typically 15-20 days.
