Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally crafted to prevent steam or fogging between thelayers of glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames, making it easy to install them on walls.
Q3: What if the glass breaks without any apparent reason?I'm concerned the rest will break too.
The glass only breaks due to impact force and won'tbreak on its own.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is preferable to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door with single glass looks unappealing. The gap for single glass would need excessive silicon filling.
5mm double glass is safer and more soundproof than 6mm single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must have glass silicon for strength, as double rubber is not robust enough and can fall off more easily.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, the U-Value measures how much heat energy transfers between a hotter and a colder air space per square meter. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and your energy consumption is 6000W, the U-Value is 6000W/(100m² * 30K) = 2W/(m²*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. All fly screens are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: Itis hard to say definitively. Each has its merits. PVC is economical, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: We have three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Typically, we use bubble bags + wooden frames. The most secure option is bubble bags + wooden cases, especially for bulk cargo and shipments to countries like the USA, Australia, and some European nations, due to their specific requirements. Wooden cases offer excellent protection for the goods.
