Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside? Does it steam up or go foggy?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing the windows and doors on the wall is straightforward.
Q3: What if the glass breaks for no reason? I'm worried the rest will also break.'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would only break from an impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors look less appealing with single glass. There's a wide space for glass; if you use single glass, we will need to fill it with a lot of silicone.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass is more soundproof than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but it can only be on one side. The other side must use glass silicone because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more likely to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connectors?
A: There are 90-degree and 45-degree corner connectors. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window uses corner braces. The 45-degree corner connector is a new style and is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what the U-Value is?
A: Yes, the U-Value measures the rate of heat transfer. For every degree of temperature difference between a hotter air space and a colder air space, it calculates the heat energy transferred per square meter. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, and the temperature difference is 30 degrees, the energy consumption is 6000W. Then the U-Value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What type of fly screen do you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screen. One is the up-and-down style for casement windows, one is the sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and the last is the swing style for casement doors. The fly screens are made of steel, specifically 304# stainless steel mosquito nets.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's hard to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers greater hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: There are three types of packaging options available: bubble bag, bubble bag with a wooden frame, and bubble bag with a wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using the bubble bag alone as it optimizes space and allows for more goods to be transported in the same container. Typically, we use bubble bag with a wooden frame for packaging. The premium option is the bubble bag with a wooden case, which is ideal for bulk cargo and for meeting the special requirements of certain developed countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations, as it provides superior protection for the goods.
