Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is advisable to use 5mm double glass because:
1. Sliding doors look unattractive with single glass due to wide space needing excessive silicone filling.
2. 5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
3. Double glass offers better soundproofing than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicone?
A: Yes, but rubber can only be used on one side. The other side must use glass silicone for strength and durability, as double rubber is prone to falling off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections?
A: 90-degree corners are connected by screws, while 45-degree corners use corner braces. The 45-degree connection is a modern design, making maintenance easier.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: The U-Value indicates the rate of heat transfer through a material. For instance, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30°C, and you consume 6000W, the U-Value is calculated as 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you offer?
A: We provide three styles of fly screens: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. All are crafted from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.

AIt's challenging to declare a winner. PVC is more economical and has its benefits, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing options do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packaging: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags as they save space and allow for more goods to be shipped. Typically, we use bubble bags with wooden frames. However, the most secure packaging is the bubble bag with wooden case, which is ideal for bulk cargo and countries with special requirements like the USA, Australia, and many European nations, where it ensures superior protection of the goods.

A: We supply complete aluminum window and door systems, which include profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass. We also offer fully finished products ready for installation.
Q: How can I get my price from you?
A: Pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us quote an exact price for you.
1) CAD drawings or window & door schedules showing dimensions, quantities, and types.
2) Frame color.
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, etc.) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.), with or without Argon.
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We provide engineering and supervision services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Yes! Our products meet construction standards and can be tested and certified upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Normally, we require a 50% deposit by T/T, with the balance due before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: We pre-install the glass at our factory based on the window/door dimensions to ensure safe transportation and ease for the buyer. On-site glazing is recommended for large-sized products.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering frame color stability and hardware functionality under proper use. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, we offer replacement parts via international courier. If in stock, parts are delivered immediately; otherwise, delivery depends on material ordering time, typically 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery is usually 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawings & PI.
