Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally crafted, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is hassle-free.

A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because

Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but it can only be on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber is not strong enough and is easier to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, whereas the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connecting window is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, it means that for every degree of temperature difference between hotter and colder air spaces, the heat energy transferred per sq.m to the colder air space is defined. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and energy consumption of 6000W, then the U-value is 6000W ÷ (100M × 30K) = 2W/(M*K).

A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. All fly screens are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.

For superior protection, especially for bulk cargo and specific regions like the USA, Australia, and various European countries, we use the bubble bag with wooden case due to its robust safeguarding properties.

Q: How can I get my price from you?
A: Our pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. To help us provide an accurate quote, please supply the following information:
1) CAD drawings or window & door schedules to display dimensions, quantities, and types of windows & doors;
2) Desired frame color;
3) Type and thickness of glass (single, double, laminated, etc.) and its color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.), including whether it should contain Argon or not.
Q: What kind of service do you provide?

Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Absolutely! Our products meet construction standards, and we can provide testing and certification upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount via T/T, with the balance payable before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: Yes, we install the glass at our factory according to the dimensions of the windows/doors to ensure safety during transportation and facilitate easy installation for our buyers. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability and hardware functionality under normal operation, with a 10-year warranty for German hardware. If a quality issue arises, we will replace the part via international courier. Immediate delivery is available for in-stock items, while non-stock items depend on material procurement, usually taking 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery time is typically 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
