Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm +12A + 5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is expertly crafted, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass panes.ble glass

A: Yes, all our doors and windows come with frames, making wall installation straightforward.
Q3: What if the glass breaks without any apparent reason?'m concerned about the rest breaking as well.
Our glass only breaks under significant impact force and will not break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It's preferable to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door with single glass looks unattractive. The space for glass is wide, and using single glass would require excessive silicon filling.
5mm double glass is also safer than 6mm single glass.
Additionally, 5mm double glass provides better soundproofing than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but it can only be used on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more prone to falling off than glass silicon.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connectors?
A: We offer 90-degree and 45-degree corner connectors. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace for assembly. The 45-degree corner connection is a new style that's easier to overhaul.
Q7: What is U-Value?
U-Value indicates the amount of heat transfer per sq.m with each degree of temperature difference between a hotter and colder air space. For example, with a ceiling area of 100 sq.m and a temperature difference of 30 degrees, consuming 6000W, the U-Value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens can you supply?
We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. All fly screens are made of 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: I's difficult to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is more economical, whereas aluminum offers superior hardness and security.
Q10: What types of packing do you offer?
A: Our packaging options are tailored to meet various needs. We offer three types of packing: bubble bag alone, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using just the bubble bag to maximize space and load more goods. Generally, the preferred packing method is bubble bag with wooden frame. For bulk cargo and specific regions like the USA, Australia, and some European countries with stringent requirements, we use the bubble bag with wooden case to ensure optimal protection. This method is especially beneficial for safeguarding your products during transit.
Q: What is your main product?
A: We specialize in providing comprehensive aluminum window and door systems, which include profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass. Additionally, we offer finished products that are ready for immediate installation.
Q: How can I get my price from you?
A: To provide an accurate quote, we need specific details from the buyer. Please provide the following information:
1) CAD drawing or window and door schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and types of windows and doors;
2) Desired frame color;
3) Type of glass and its thickness (single, double, laminated, etc.), and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.), whether with Argon or without.
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We offer comprehensive engineering services as well as supervisory services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Yes, our products meet construction standards. We can also test and certify our products upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard terms are a 50% deposit of the total amount by T/T, with the balance payable before delivery. Cash payments are also accepted.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: Yes, we pre-install the glass at our factory based on the dimensions of the windows and doors to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. For large-sized products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty covering frame durability and hardware functionality under proper operation. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, we provide replacements via international courier. Immediate delivery is available for in-stock parts, while out-of-stock items typically require 15-20 days for ordering.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Our standard delivery time ranges from 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing and PI.
