A: We offer a 3-year warranty on quality, covering non-fading and non-peeling frames, and proper function of hardware and accessories. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, we provide replacement parts via international courier. Immediate delivery for in-stock parts, and a 15-20 day lead time for out-of-stock parts.
