Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside? Does it steam up or fog over?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally manufactured, ensuring no steam or fogging between the double glass layers.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What if the glass breaks without any apparent reason? I'm worried the rest might break too.
The glass would only break if it suffers from a significant impact force, but it won't break on its own.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is better to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door looks unattractive with a single glass. The wide space for the glass would require excessive silicon filling if you use a single glass.
5mm double glass is safer and more soundproof than 6mm single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and is more likely to fall off.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: There are two types of corner connections: 90-degree and 45-degree. The 90-degree window is connected by a screw, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a newer style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, U-Value measures the heat transfer through a building element. If your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and consumes 6000W, the U-Value is calculated as 6000W / (100 sq.m * 30K) = 2W/(m²K).
Q8: What type of fly screens can you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. All screens are made of 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: Itis difficult to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Typically, we use bubble bags + wooden frames. The optimal packing, especially for bulk cargo and certain developed countries like the USA, Australia, and parts of Europe, is bubble bag + wooden case. This method adheres to special requirements and provides superior protection for the goods.
