Q1: Are there any issues with the glass inside, such as steam or fogging?
A: Typically, we utilize 5mm +12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally manufactured, ensuring no steam or fogging occurs between the doubleble glasspanels.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A: Yes, all doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is perfectly fine.
Q3: What if the glass breaks without any apparent reason?'m concerned the rest might break.
Glass will only break due to impact force; it won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is recommended to use 5mm double glass because:
Sliding doors look unattractive with single glass. Using single glass would require excessive silicon filling.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass offers better soundproofing compared to single glass.
Q5: Can rubber be used instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon because it provides stronger adhesion and durability compared to double rubber, which tends to fall off more easily.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is newer and easier to maintain.
Q7: What is U-Value?
A: U-Value measures the rate of heat transfer. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m, a temperature difference of 30 degrees, and energy consumption of 6000W, the U-Value is calculated as 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. All are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A:'It's difficult to say one is better than the other. Each has its advantages. PVC is cost-effective, while aluminum offers superior hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing options do you offer?
A: We offer three distinct types of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag with wooden frame, and bubble bag with wooden case. For full container shipments, we recommend using only the bubble bag to maximize space and accommodate more goods. Typically, we utilize the bubble bag with wooden frame for packing. The most secure option is the bubble bag with wooden case, particularly for bulk cargo and shipments to developed countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations. The wooden case packing meets specific requirements and provides superior protection for the goods.
