Q1: Are there any issues with the glass, such as steam buildup or fogging?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally crafted to prevent steam or fogging between the doubleble glasspanes.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for wall mounting?
A: Yes, all doors and windows include frames, making it easy to install them on walls.
Q3: I'm worried about the glass breaking for no apparent reason. Will the rest be at risk?'m afraid the rest will be broken
The glass would only break under impact force but won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is preferable to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door with single glass would look unattractive. The space for glass would require excessive silicon filling if single glass is used.
5mm double glass offers more safety compared to 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass is more soundproof than single glass.
Q5: Can rubber be used instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must be glass silicon, as double rubber isn't strong enough and is more prone to falling off.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connecting?
A: 90-degree windows are connected by screws, while 45-degree windows use a corner brace. The 45-degree connection is a newer style that is easier to service.
Q7: Do you know what a U-Value is?
A: U-Value measures the heat transfer per square meter for every degree of temperature difference between a warmer and cooler air space. For example, with a 100 sq.m ceiling area and a 30-degree temperature difference, consuming 6000W, the U-Value is 6000W / 100M*30K = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you offer?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: up-and-down style for casement windows, sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and swing style for casement doors. All screens are made of 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's difficult to say definitively. Each has its advantages. PVC is cost-effective, while aluminum offers superior hardness and security.
Q10: What types of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packing options to ensure the safe delivery of your products: 1) bubble bag, 2) bubble bag + wooden frame, 3) bubble bag + wooden case. For full containers, we recommend using bubble bags as they maximize space and efficiency. Typically, the standard packing is bubble bag + wooden frame. For bulk cargo and shipments to countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations, we suggest bubble bag + wooden case due to their stringent requirements and the added protection it provides.
