Q1: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Will it develop steam or become foggy?
A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is professionally made, ensuring no steam or fogginess between the double glass.
Q2: Do all these doors and windows come with frames for mounting on walls?
A: Yes, all our doors and windows include frames. Installing them on walls is straightforward.
Q3: If the glass breaks for no apparent reason, should I worry about the rest breaking as well?'m afraid the rest will be broken.
The glass will only break if it suffers an impact. It won't break on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It is recommended to use 5mm double glass because
a sliding door looks less appealing with single glass. The wide space for glass with single glass requires a lot of silicon for filling.
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass is also more soundproof than single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but it can only be used on one side. The other side must be glass silicon because double rubber isn't strong enough and is easier to fall off than glass silicon.
Q6: What is the difference between the 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: There are 90-degree and 45-degree corner connections. The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window is assembled with a corner brace. The 45-degree corner connection is a new style that is easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, it simply means that for every degree of temperature difference between a hotter and a colder air space, the heat energy transfers per sq.m to the colder air space. For example, if your house has a ceiling area of 100 sq.m with a temperature difference of 30 degrees and the energy consumption is 6000W, then the U-value is 6000W/100M*30K=2W/(M*K).
Q8: What type of fly screens can you supply?
A: We offer three styles of fly screens: the up and down style for casement windows, the sliding style for sliding windows and doors, and the swing style for casement doors. The fly screens are made of steel material, specifically 304# stainless steel mosquito nets.
Q9: Which is better, PVC or aluminum?
A:'s hard to definitively say one is better. Each material has its own advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers better hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packaging do you offer?
A: Our packaging options are meticulously designed to ensure the utmost safety of our products during transit. We offer three types of packaging: 1) Bubble bag, 2) Bubble bag + wooden frame, and 3) Bubble bag + wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using just the bubble bag as it maximizes space efficiency. Typically, our standard packaging includes a bubble bag with a wooden frame. For bulk cargo and shipping to developed countries like the USA, Australia, and European nations, a bubble bag with a wooden case is preferred due to their specific requirements and the superior protection it offers.
