A: Typically, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double glass. Rest assured, our double glass is crafted with professional precision, ensuring no steam or fogging between the doubleble glass.

A: Yes, all the doors and windows include frames. Installing them on your walls is straightforward.
Q3: What if the glass breaks for no apparent reason?'m concerned the rest might break.
A: Glass typically breaks only due to impact forces but won't shatter on its own.'t break itself.
Q4: Can I use 6mm single glass instead of 5mm double glass?
A: It's recommended to use 5mm double glass because
sliding doors appear unappealing with single glass. The wide space for glass would require excessive silicon filling. Additionally,
5mm double glass is safer than 6mm single glass.
5mm double glass offers superior soundproofing compared to single glass.
Q5: Can you use rubber instead of glass silicon?
A: Yes, but only on one side. The other side must use glass silicon, as double rubber lacks sufficient strength and is more prone to detachment.
Q6: What is the difference between 90-degree and 45-degree connections?
A: The 90-degree window is connected by screws, while the 45-degree window uses a corner brace. The 45-degree design is a modern style that's easier to overhaul.
Q7: Do you know what U-Value is?
A: Yes, it measures the heat transfer per square meter per degree of temperature difference. For example, if your ceiling is 100 sq.m with a 30-degree temperature difference, and your energy consumption is 6000W, the U-Value is 6000W / (100 sq.m * 30K) = 2W/(M*K).
Q8: What types of fly screens do you supply?
A: We offer three styles: up-and-down for casement windows, sliding for sliding windows and doors, and swing for casement doors. These fly screens are made from 304# stainless steel mosquito net.
Q9: Which material is better, PVC or aluminum?
A: It's not straightforward to say which is better. Both have their advantages. PVC is more economical, while aluminum offers greater hardness and security.
Q10: What kinds of packing do you offer?
A: We offer three types of packing: bubble bag, bubble bag + wooden frame, and bubble bag + wooden case. If you are shipping a full container, we recommend using only bubble bags to maximize space and carry more goods. Typically, our packing consists of bubble bag + wooden frame. For certain bulk cargo and specific countries like the USA, Australia, and some European nations where special requirements are mandatory, we opt for bubble bag + wooden case to ensure maximum protection of the products.

A: We specialize in providing comprehensive aluminum windows and doors systems, which include profiles, hardware, accessories, and glass. Additionally, we offer finished products that are ready for immediate installation.
Q: How can I get my price from you?
A: Pricing is determined based on the buyer's specific requirements. Please provide the following information to receive an accurate quote:
1) CAD drawing/window & door schedule, detailing the window & door dimensions, quantity, and type;
2) Frame color;
3) Type and thickness of the glass (single, double, laminated, or other) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, with or without Argon).
Q: What kind of service do you provide?
A: We offer both engineering and supervising services to guide the installation of our windows and doors.
Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Yes, our products meet construction standards and can be tested and certified upon request.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, 50% of the total amount is paid by T/T as a deposit, and the balance is paid before delivery. We also accept cash payments.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: Yes, we install the glass at the factory according to the window/door dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty, covering frame fading or peel-off, and ensuring hardware and accessories work properly under correct usage. German hardware carries a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, we will promptly ship replacement parts via international courier. If in stock, parts are dispatched immediately; otherwise, the lead time is typically 15-20 days depending on material availability.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery time is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirmation of drawings & PI.
