A: Yes, rubber can be used on one side, but the other side must use glass silicon due to its superior strength and adhesion.

A: It's difficult to declare one better. PVC is more economical, while aluminum excels in hardness and security.

A: We offer three impeccable packing options to suit your needs: bubble bag, bubble bag plus wooden frame, and bubble bag plus wooden case. For full container loads, we recommend using bubble bags alone to maximize space efficiency and accommodate more goods. Typically, our standard packing consists of a bubble bag and wooden frame. For bulk cargo and shipments to certain developed countries like the USA, Australia, and various European nations, wooden case packing is necessary due to special requirements. This method ensures superior protection for your goods.

A: Pricing is based on the buyer's specific requirements. To facilitate an accurate quotation, please provide the following information.
1) CAD drawings or window & door schedules detailing dimensions, quantities, and types;
2) Desired frame color;
3) Glass type and thickness (single, double, laminated, etc.) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E, etc.), with or without Argon.

A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining balance paid before delivery. We also accept cash payments.
Q: Do your windows come with the glass installed?
A: Yes, we install the glass at our factory to ensure safety during transportation and ease of installation for our buyers. For larger products, on-site glazing is recommended.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We provide a 3-year quality warranty, covering frame color stability and hardware functionality under normal use. German hardware comes with a 10-year warranty. If a quality issue arises, we will send replacement parts via international courier. In-stock parts are dispatched immediately; otherwise, delivery depends on material availability, typically 15-20 days.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery usually takes 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing & PI.
