A: Typically, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount via T/T, with the balance due before delivery. We also accept cash payments.

A: We install the glass at our factory based on the dimensions of the windows/doors to ensure safe transportation and ease of installation for the buyer. For large-sized products, we recommend on-site glazing.
Q: What is your warranty? What can we do in case of problems?
A: We offer a 3-year quality warranty that covers frame non-fading and peel-off, as well as proper functioning of hardware and accessories under correct operation. We provide a 10-year warranty for German hardware. If any quality issues arise, we will send replacements via international courier. Replacement parts in stock are dispatched immediately, while non-stock items typically take 15-20 days to order.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is 15-30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawing and PI.
